Before reading this, thanks for click on my post and for your help in advance. I purchased a newegg factory refurbished Gigabyte RTX 2070 a few weeks ago which was serving me very well. Before I started gaming last night, I tucked some PSU molex cables I had from in the middle of my case, to under my drive bay. So, when I got these screenshots, I thought I was dumb for taking a chance on refurbished PC hardware and messaged them asking for a replacement. This morning I started tinkering around with cables and realized the problem might've been the cable I tucked under the drive bay. After removing the cable tie and bringing that cable back to center, this issue stopped happening for a few hours. 15 minutes ago, I restarted my computer and had the same thing happen at the windows sign-in screen. However, this time it vanishes after a few seconds and my computer is back to normal. I like to think that I've resolved this, but I'd love to hear what you guys have to say about this? Things are acting normal as of now. I forgot to mention this above, but I my GPU is not overheating. It idles at 55 and the hottest I've ever seen it was at 71 Celsius.
