Fan not working

so I have the Asrock B450M-HDV R4.0 motherboard and I am trying to connect a back case fan the arctic F8 PWM fan and it's not spinning when connected to cha_fan1 or cha_fan2 i'm pretty new to computing and I'm not sure if there are any settings I need to enable in bios or the fan is not compatible with the motherboard. Any help is appreciated.THANKS

Does it work in the cpu_fan header or when plugged anywhere else?

Do other fans work in those headers?

Are you using default motherboard settings?
