New to servers

Hey so i'm trying to make a home server for myself to run a game media storage server, run dedicated Minecraft java, Minecraft all platform, The Forest, Rust. With protection on the dedicated game servers. Also a home ad blocker. What would be some recommended parts and recommended os for something like this?
