Is my gpu going out?

I'm having multiple issues. See pic. Also screen will flash black when opening anything. Complete system freezes often. I have no overclocks in use. All bios are up to date. Clean windows install. I am using two monitors and often with get no signal sent to main monitor upon boot. All temps are fine.

 

Specs

I5 8600k

Asus Prime Z390-A

Gigabyte 1080 to Gaming OC

EVGA Supernova 750 G2 psu

would you have another friend's GPU to test the system with to be sure if it's the GPU?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

I wouldn't say that it's definitively the GPU until you have something to test it against. Is this GPU covered by warranty?

Since your CPU has integrated graphics, that's what you should test with then. If the issues are still happening, it might not be the GPU.
