Quick laptop question

I have a question as I'm currently really behind in laptop's tech. Which is better, a laptop with i3 8130U with MX150 or a Ryzen 3500U with Vega 8? mostly for games like Dota 2,csgo,LoL,Pubg...

Vega 8 and MX150 are within a stone's throw of each other, the MX150 can be a bit faster because it's a discrete chip and has its own cooling and power, but it really comes down to the specific laptop. You can buy a laptop with better chips, but if you can't keep them cool you won't get any extra performance.

The biggest difference between the two chipsets you mentioned is that the i3 8130U is only a dual core chip, while the 3500U is a true quad core. That will make a big difference, not just in games, but the general usability of the computer as well.
