Bios doesnt load

Hello.

I upgraded to ryzen 3600x with msi b450 gaming plus max mobo.

I have a gtx 1070 

8x2g trident z 3200 ddr4

Samsung 850 

Antec 650 bronze power supply

 

I have updated the bios but now i dont het any post unless i take out the bios battery and after some time it will work.

I tried to use one stick of rame boot with only the cpu and mobo bit still sometimes no luck unless i take out the battery. My

What can I do to make it work?
