What am I overlooking?

I recently built myself a new system, ryzen 3600x b450 tomahawk max 16gb 3600mhz RAM and a rx 5700 challenger d. But somehow is the gpu not doing as much fps as it should, for example BFV lowest settings it's just stutters and freezes. But when put in another system it works just fine. So you would think hmm, the RAM or cpu is the problem, but no they work just fine, also BIOS and drivers are up to date. Sometimes it also crashes with the error: video scheduler internal error. When you google that in combination with rx 5700 you meet people who have the same mobo and gpu (ofc) having the same problem. But nobody says how to fix it. So does anyone have an idea?
