I just bought some new bits for the pc. And need to know the best bios/OC settings for ryzen 7 2700x and HyperX Fury HX432C16FB3K4/16 3200mhz 4x4gb. I have a 1050ti and a 850w psu in the system as well as a ssd with the os on and hard drives with everything else on. And any issues that I might face and how to avoid/fix would be good to know too. Thanks in advance!

The best settings are always individually cause every piece of hardware might perform and overclock slightly different. You gotta test on yourself what voltage you need for what kind of clockspeed. Many videos on Youtube or posts in this Forum can give you a tip on where to start with voltage, or what you can expect clockspeed wise ( maybe 4 - 4.1 Ghz i guess?)

Problems? System instable , crashing , rebooting - not enough voltage , too high clockspeed, to high memory speed, timings on ram not suitable , high temperatures.
If you dont have any knowledge on that topic you should grab some knowledge off the internet first. There are some nice tutorials what stuff does what cause overclocking or messing with settings you dont really know what they do can lead to hardware damage or failure ( example pumping the voltage up to an unreal level )
Hope you got an aftermarket cooler for the CPU if you plan on overclocking. Also telling people what board you have might increase the chance to help you.

Yeah I knew that it would be different for each system and testing would be a big part of over clocking but I was wondering if anyone has a rough starting point on what seems like the most commonly used settings and could go from there. I have an aftermarket cooler aswell. And the board I'm getting is the asus x470 pro. Do you have any links to the videos that might be able to help? Thanks

You could , probably ( have an r5 2600 though ) , start with the voltage at 1.35V and then increase the clockspeed until it gets unstable. Then reduce the clockspeed to when its stable again / doesnt crash and temps are fine. And then if you want adjust the voltage as low as you can go without throttling, crashing or getting instable.
I think 1.4V is the max suggested voltage for any Ryzen 2xxx .

Just enter " Ryzen 2700x overclocking" in google. You get tons of results ^^
