Desktop speakers.

I'm looking for desktop speakers primarily for music. I am pretty unfamiliar with speakers and so I'd like a complete package that is mostly plug and play. My budget is about 200-220 AUD (150 USD). Located in Australia, so would prefer items I can actually find here.
