Weird sound from MB/CPU

Hello. I just build new PC and I am hearing some strange / weird noises from motherboard or cpu (?). (something like squeaking).

It happens when I am downloading something, copying, launching app etc.. When I dont do nothing PC is quiet.

 

Should I be worried or it's normal?

Gigabyte Z390 Gaming X

Geforce RTX 2060

Patriot Viper Series4 16gb 3400Mhz

SSD Patriot Viper VPN100 512gb
