How does this look for a Plex Transcode box?

I am planning to splitting the plex server off the storage server because sometimes I've got 8 clients and some of them are downresing 4K to SD

5950X/4090FE primary rig  |  1920X/1070Ti Unraid for dockers  |  200TB TrueNAS w/ 1:1 backup
