So my friend had some over heating issues with his PC and told me if I fixed it I could buy it. I swapped the stock cooler on it for a hyper 212 eco. The crashes stopped and it was working good. I decided to plug my HDD in that has my games on it to test it. Once again, working good! But then it started to blue screen. I thought that maybe windows corrupted from countless shutdowns of him not knowing it was over heating in the first place. I reinstalled windows and once again it was up and running! I plugged my drive back in and was able to play games again. After about 2 days it started to blue screen again! I get error like “SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.” I’m nervous it’s hardware issues and I don’t want to buy it if that’s the case. Any help is greatly appreciate!

The specs are:

CPU- AMD FX-8350

GPU- ASUS STRIX GTX 970

Motherboard- ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0

PSU- Cooler Master RS-600-PCAR-E3 600W
