So I have a strange issue that just started and I'm unsure of the cause. I was cleaning my water cooling loop and just in the process of filling the loop when during the power cycling the pc would no longer power up. I can hear the relay click in the psu when I hit the power button and the board is still lit up but nothing powers up. I thought for a second that it could be the board suddenly dieing but when the psu comes on I should usually hear drives spin up, some fans should go and so on but nothing. Is it common for there to be fuses in some power supplies? Or just one off trace fuses? The psu is an evga supernova 1000p2
