Fix for empty game servers

So ive run out of options as to where to ask so why not the most tech savy people on earth, this forum.

 

Right to it then. Ive recently run into a problem on my computer where any video game i play with a multiplayer wont quite work. The problem is that once i enter any game server there are no players, no characters, no AI. Games tested were Destiny 2, Rising Storm 2: Vietnam, and Apex Legends. Now the weird thing is as well that even when playing in a party with a friend, they claim to see me however i cant see or interact with them, a fried shot at me and i didnt seem to notice or lose health. And although one might say there a connection problem, my connection is always solid and even though i wasnt able to play online games you know, online, i can voice chat my friends on platforms like steam, discord, i can still use search engines, watch youtube, etc. And im really clueless to this problem.

 

I would greatly appreciate help here since i havent really found anything super useful on Steam forums, Reddit, Google, etc.

Intel i5 8600k

Nvidia GTX 1080TI

1tb Nvme SSd (XPG)

240 gb SATA ssd KIngston

1tb HDD (Barracuda)

32gb ram (XPG)

do you have another PC in the house to test it on (to check if its the network)

Yes i have tested the PS4 and Laptop that my brother owns but those work just fine.

Whats going on is that im technically getting in to servers but strangely enough im alone, and frequently disconnecting as well
