Overclocking questions

If i turn on this mode called "enhanced turbo" that automatically makes my CPU 4.7ghz I have a i7 8700k now Im not sure with this cooler a H60 AIO corsair. will that be good enough? im trying to learn overclocking. Or should i get  ND-15 and just wait to do all this stuff.

What are your temps at full load now at stock frequency?

The best way to know if you have "enough" cooling is to enable that enhancement, then do some sort of stress test (with an AIO I would do it for at least 20 min, to allow to heat up) and do something thats more stressful than you normally would do.  

 

Maybe Blender or Handbrake video transcode, AIDA 64, (im not a prime95 fan but that is "worst case)

 

Im generally comfortable in the mid 70s to low 80s durring a 100% cpu long term situation. If it gets hotter, turn it off, and or lower the voltage until the heat is OK, or the system is unstable, and if you want to be able to turn it up and have OK temps, you would need more cooling. 

 

That being said the 8700k is fairly well known to be pretty warm, espcecially overclocked.
