Missing sound proprieties

Hello.

So I am used to play games with loduness equilizator under the enchacements tab.

I turned it on as usual but now I have no proprieties tab under it to set its delay to short.

Using latest drivers from ASUS website (asus z170 pro gaming mobo)

 

This gives a pretty big input lag, setting that to short was fixing it.

how do i get that back?

I plugged in my old headphones and it looks normal... the headhpones that i dont have the settings with are a pair of hyperx cloud alpha
