1 mic 2 Pc's

So Im trying to figure out how I can use my XLR mic for 2 PC's. I have a Roland VT-4 audio mixer that I'm using for the mic. Would having the mic connected to PC#1 via the USB B port, while having PC#2 connected using the Headphone jack via a auido 3.5 cable work? or Do i need to install a program or use 2 different mics to work?
