my first (worrying) benchmark

So I build my pc in June 2019. I used it for school and gaming but I felt like it never really ran the way it should run. So I decided to do a benchmark on UserBenchmark.

I am very new to all of this so I don't know where to start looking.

Could someone help me here?
I guess its the hard drive that does not run the way it should run...

It also says my cpu, gpu and SSD are performing below expectations...

I posted this here because my nvme is not working right.
