Windows 10 Files All Stuck On Read Only

DrPepsiZero

So I realized a couple of days ago that for some reason literally all my files on folders on my drives are set to (Read Only). This is really annoying considering the fact that my account/user is set to administrator. Every time that I try to uncheck the (Read only) box it'll just revert back as if I never checked it. I even went into the security options of several folders to set it so that the permissions were set to full control for my user. I have absolutely no clue why Windows is still treating my account as though it was a standard user. If anyone knows any methods of how to fix this I'd be really grateful. Last time I posted on this forum I didn't get a solution to my problem, but maybe you guys will pull through and save my sanity before I just go back to Windows 7.

How this read only box looks like? Is it square inside box or "✓" sign?

It doesn't have a check sign it's just filled black.

So it's nothing to worry about. It means that SOME files are marked as read only inside directory.
