Hi, I’m an engineering student and I want to buy a portable workstation. So far my options are:

 MSI P65 creator (9750H, RTX 2060, 32Gb, 4K 60Hz display)

ASUS ROG Zephyrus M GU502GV (9750H, RTX 2060, 16gb, 1080p 144Hz display)

MSI GS65 Stealth (8750H, RTX 2070 Max-Q, 16gb, 1080p 144Hz display)

Lenovo ThinkPad P1 second gen(Xeon E-2276M, Quadro T2000, 16gb, 4K 60Hz OLED display)

MSI WS65 (8750H, Quadro P3200, 32Gb, 1080p 60Hz display)

I use programs such as solid works, autodesk  inventor, catia, and many more related with 3D modeling.

Thanks!!

Don't buy this. I bought two ThinkPad P1 Gen 2 laptops recently and one of them had a defective keyboard. I was getting terrible battery life and the build quality was terrible. Lenovo's customer service is also garbage and my shipment got delayed two weeks. They took several weeks to return my money even though I was promised that I would get it in a week or so. I got a MacBook instead and I'm happy with it (not sure if that's an option for you).

Anyways... are you gaming on your system? What's your budget and location?

I see. I haven’t considered any MacBook because in order to have a “decent” one you have to sell both your kidneys, and because their graphics performance is horrible.

That's fine. MacBooks are relatively expensive for their specs (but my MacBook Pro 13" was cheaper than my P1 Gen 2).
