Cheapest 1155 mini-ITX options

I have a spare build that needs a case that I want to give to a friend,  i5 3550, 16GB 1333mhz, GTX660

 

I want to fit it into this this SilverStone mini-ITX case.

 

Is it cheaper to go to a different architecture and get a new CPU and Mobo, or try to get a mobo for this CPU? Most that I can find are at least $100
