upgrading my pc

Hi Guys,

Recently I have been thinking about upgrading my rig to something that can live stream comfortably and still maintain 144 fps 

my rig has an i5 6500 non k and 16 gigs of ram with an rx580 8gb.

I have about 700 us dollars that I can spend on upgrades

The highest my motherboard supports is an i7 7700k but I could try and buy a ryzen one and put in a 3700x or something 

 

also if someone could send me a vid on how to overclock both my house and cpu then that would be helpful
