Hello im having problems with my csgo mouse movement. Im playing csgo for over 3years now. The problem im facing is mouse feels just to slow. Its not kinda reactive to me, it feels like i would have some kind of vsync enabled but im sure its not. It feels kinda okay when i have 250FPS+ but at 100-150 it feels like im moving mouse on butter, even spraying looks like its sluggish. Its just slowed down by something but idk what is that.

I tried reinstalling windows
Buying new mouse
New cpu
New mobo
Reinstall realtek HD audio
With, without launch options
Different resolutions


Please help??:D
