COD mobile device configuration

there's this configuration file that apparently controls what graphical settings can be unlocked or not, there are several device mobile numbers and what not, can I change the values so I can unlock the graphics settings? like disabling device check and changing the model number detected (I'm not that good at coding)

Does anybody know how can do that? or have any experience with modifying json files?
