PC not posting with dram indicator

I recently upgraded my cpu and now it will not post with both ram modules in stalled in the correct slots. I have tried each individually and it will post and run but with the complete kit it will not post and I get a dram fault indicator on the mobo. Any thoughts maybe bios or settings?

Did you update your BIOS before installing the new CPU? If not that could be the source of the weird posting behavior.

I didn't that's the next thing I will do, I checked and there seems to have been two updates since my version.

I updated to the latest bios and still no luck.
