Recently built my computer, and everything was working fine for a month. Booted up batman arkham asylum, and played for two days, and on third day it started having issues where it would slow down and not respond to inputs from a controller. After closing the application when I tried opening chrome, or other applications it would make a beeping noise. Also now all games on my computer have this issues and not just batman.(GTA V, Witcher 3,Other Batman games etc.) I have checked my temperature while playing, and they remain low for both CPU and GPU. Any help is appreciated.

It sounds like windows is unhappy with something. not experienced this but you could start with opening the event log (search event viewer in the cortana bar). This might give you an error code to google or some clue as to what is common at the time of the beeps

I tried this out, and didn't see any error codes, do you think it would be fine to just redownload windows and bassically start fresh, there's not really anything that I am attached to in terms of data.

Yeah that could solve the problem. obviously back up any vital data and you'll have to re install your programs again. The only other thing i can think of is to make sure all drivers are up to date e.g video card and controller driver
