Hello new friends!

Country: Sweden

I wanna get a new pc, but this is all confusing to me because Im a total noob at this field so please bare with me and try to help with your knowlage.

I wanna be able to stream, record during gameplay, do alot of gaming and render alot of 3D stuff, now u know what my plans are.

Gaming plans: I have never played on a 100hz+ monitor ? always had a 60/75hz. I been playing semi pro level in most fps shooter games all my life with shitty PC's between 400-800€ of worth, I wanna play competetive games low settings n resolutions due to skill preformance, and Singelplayer games on ultra settings / resolutions for the pure graphic.

Now this is what I have in mind for my PC:

I9 9900k

2080ti

2tb nvme

2tb seagate

16 or 32 ram

Not sure about what cooler

750 or 850w newegg

MOBO any around €200

Atx tower

A 1440p 1ms gsync  monitor

Going with 250mbit / 500mbit internet fiber

Now Im not the person to do OC's or upgrade my build, i just want it to last as long as it can untill i see smoke coming out or someshit ? no but serious im happy if it last at leasr 7-8 years.

Now Im I on the right path here?

I know i can get alot cheaper PC but i don't wanna see in 3years from now new games come out and i wont be able to play them on ultra if u know what i mean.

what country?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Looks amazing, so you wouldnt recommend i7 or i9 above an Ryzen 7 / 9, it's just something about Intel & nvidia I like, never was Amd fan.

same performance for more money, if you're cool with spending extra money just for brand loyalty then go for it but I don't advise it.

Also i put the wrong CPU cooler in the last list

Im afraid that ryzen will fail because it's a new gpu and will it still go strong vs 2024-5 games?, Intel feel more stable, i could be wrong. But i will consider R7 because it is alot cheaper

There's nothing that makes Intel "more stable" or AMD "less reliable," they have comparable longevity and performance.

Might I ask, what makes Intel feel more stable? Have you ever used an AMD CPU?

Well intel is the bigger company with more experience and i didnt hear much problems with the cpu's as I have heard with Amd again I might be wrong but that's what I seen.

Yes i had amd athlon back in the days that my friend built for me and and as i remember i did have some problems with heat. But i do appriciate your time for helping me alot, really big thanks.

But all in all what it all comes down to is it pretty much the fps will be a little bit less then the i9?

I mean the + is the more threads on the Ryzen  saw they have the same 16 threads. Will there be anything else that I will "suffer" from not having a i9?
