I’m replacing a 9 year old gaming rig that used to be top of the line but is showing its age nowadays. Looking for build critique or possibly recommendations based on others experience. Any input is appreciated:)

CPU- i9-9900k

MB- Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master

Gpu- Aorus 2080 ti waterforce vs Evga 2080 ti Hydrocopper

Ram- 32gb GeForce trident z royal 3200

Mem- 2x Intel 660p 2gig M.2 Nvme

Pow Sup- Tt 1050 watt 80+ platinum

Case- Tt core P5 titanium

Cooling- My biggest concern, Tt Pacific c360 kit vs Ekwb kit p360

Monitor- Samsung 4K Quantum dot version Q9 full array Led Tv

It'll be my first time making a watercooled loop, I’m fairly meticulous so I think I can handle pteg hard tubing, but is everything compatible metals wise? Or any tips for first time hard-tube builds. I plan on getting an extra set of 90s and a drain valve to add to the kit.

Another concern is whether a 360 rad will handle a 2080ti aaand a i9-9900k?

Thanks for any input y'all! links to amazon below :)

The two best consumer parts on the market on a 360? It could work, a thicker one doing push pull. I’m sure it can get slightly better temps that those two with their default coolers, as in a tall stock intel cooler.

But i wouldn't. Doesn’t that case support a 480? I would do that or a 420 at a minimum. 40/45mm thick and some good fans, or some not so good rgb stuff.

Also if you ate gonna do a kit, which I wouldn’t, I’d get the ek one simply for it having a d5 in it.

Either that or get a kit and hit the rad. Then sell the rad that it came with.

Also when it comes to the cards, check the vendors to ensure they make a block for it. I think ftw3 will have them, but I tend to stick to reference cards for a cheaper block.

Rad

would this be sufficient? Guess money is rather irrelevant with a build like this anyway.

Well you are eyeing the fancy stuff which isn’t ideal if you are concerned about price.

Like i said, you can get an ek kit and swap the rad. Prolly be in the 500 range then for ek or how ever much the thermaltake kits cost.

Really need to get an idea of what hat you want overall. Getting all the same brand or not. Having rgb stuff. How fancy you want the fans.

Getting a card that you know for sure has a block for it.

And deciding if you are going hard or soft tube.
