decent pc low fps.

gtx 1660ti

8gb ram

 

I still get low fps on lot's of games. My friend says its weird and that I shouldn't be getting that low of fps with my specs.

I get around 60 fps on squad, with medium textures and everything else on low, and it drops to 30-40 with a very big freeze/stutter in intense gunfights.

i get around 55-60 in destiny 2 by just standing still. Low fps in every game, not just these two. I think somethings wrong.

drivers are updated and my temps are normal in game. 

any suggestions? Thank you
