Help with a microphone

Hi guys me and my wife play games in the same room but when we play multiplayer games requiring headphones and mics she can hear herself though my headset mic is there a specific type of mic I need to stop this we are about 8 feet apart in the room and i have a razer nari ultimate headset

Some headsets have noise cancelling/honestly that close together, if its an echo-y room, I would get some sound proofing. Maybe adjusting sensitivity.

Have you got your headset drivers and utility installed because it might be a setting on the headset and you might just have to a change a few settings. I rather like here my self through the mic to make sure I am not to loud lol..
