i replaced my asus radeon hd 7970 with an xfx rx 580, i removed the driver and i installed a newer version for the fresh new video card, and this happened to me 3 times (see pictures) like no signal effect! what can i do guys ? is this driver issue? it's working normally with games, max temp 72 idle temp 37-43

When this happens, does the game audio keep going? What happens when you switch back to your old graphics card?

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
