rx 580 crash?

i replaced my asus radeon hd 7970 with an xfx rx 580, i removed the driver and i installed a newer version for the fresh new video card, and this happened to me 3 times (see pictures) like no signal effect! what can i do guys is this driver issue? it's working normally with games, max temp 72 idle temp 37-43

When this happens, does the game audio keep going? What happens when you switch back to your old graphics card?

i sell my old video card, this never happened to my old video card, first time i saw this, i use gtx 650 ti, gt 220 and the radeon hd 7970, first time i saw that heppen

yes the audio still play, but no visual

when i put xfx rx 580 into my computer, i changed the version of the driver from 19.9.2 to 19.10.1, and that was happening "the no signal effect" now i removed the driver and i installed the previews one 19.9.2, i think the problem won't happen again!
