Windows 10 won't boot up

I just built my very own pc and I had installed Windows 10 via usb, but after it restarts the loading circle freezes yet I can move my cursor. It won't load into the Windows setup. I have been trying to fix this for 2 days so far and got no luck, any help? I am using an ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F motherboard and I already contacted them and couldn't find a solution.

You did not reflash bios? According to Internet reviews, all ASRock boards have big problems after flashing BIOS

Shoot, I did flash an update to the BIOS. But it still didn't fix the problem @DyachVt

have you booted the usb and completed setup until the first reboot?

What I did was that I plugged in the USB with windows 10 on it, i was able to complete the setup and it installed, but after restart it won't let me finish installing, instead the circle freezes and Im forced to shut down my PC

Processor: Ryzen 5 2400 temp is fine

Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2X 8GB

SSD: M.2 240gb

GPU: Gigabyte gtx 1660

ram is a2 b2. make sure the usb is unplugged and only use 1 stick of ram. make sure it is clipped securely into a2.

was the ssd new?  If it was, plug back in the usb and set bios to boot from usb.  start setup, delete all partitions from the target ssd and click next, let windows setup copy the files and please remove the usb on the first reboot. Do not partition or format the ssd, let windows setup handle all disk operations.

on asus press escape for boot menu if you do not want to set bios to boot uefi usb first, then you can choose the boot media.

Whats going on is, i can successfully install Windows via the usb, after first reboot it goes through the Getting Devices ready etc, but on second reboot the circle freezes 100% of the time

I updated the bios using my usb

start over.  one more time. remove all partitions. click next.
