Could use some help with proxy

So i'm not sure if i can request help with proxies here or not so apologies in advance.

So i have tried over 50 proxies and before i connected i used ip-tracker.org and multiple other websites to verify the location.
However everytime after i connect it shows a different location then the proxy location.

Any idea what's going on?

 

Also if i can't ask proxy related questions here could you at least please direct me to another website where i can ask for help?
