Need help with PC build

I am planning to build a PC for myself for the first time to stream and also gaming @ 1080p/1440p 100+ FPS. Here are the components I am considering for my build, any suggestions?

 

CPU: Intel Core i5 9600K 

GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2070 Super Windforce

Motherboard: MSI MAG Z390 Tomahawk LGA1151

RAM: Gskill F4-3000C16D-16GTZR TridentZ RGB Series (2x8GB)

PSU: Corsair TX Series TX750M 750W 80+ Gold Semi-Modular

CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro H150i

Storage: WD 1 TB HDD and 240GB SSD

Case: Cooler Master Box MB511 Mid Tower

pick up a 3600 or 3700x and B450-A pro/gaming plus/tomahawk instead, and 750w is overkill.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

 Will I get better performance with 3600x than 9600k?

the 3600/X has SMT to help out with streaming and gaming, hardware unboxed noted that the 9600k had some stuttering with paired with a 2080ti.
