Hello guys,

I have a problem with my laptop... I have an intel cpu as the integrated graphics and a dedicated nvidia gpu. The problem is when i run games with the integrated gpu, v-sync is off, but when i run them with the dedicated gpu, v-sync is on... V-sync is set to application settings under the intel hd graphics control panel and to off in nvidia control panel's global and app's specific section. This only happens when a game is set to fullscreen and i really need fullscreen and the dedicated gpu to get some frames... Any help would be appreciated!

CPU: Intel Pentium 2020M

GPU: Nvidia GT610M

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit
