I've built a new PC, but it doesn't boot. When i press the power button the fans start spinning, LEDs light up and the pump starts up as well. The debug LEDs for CPU, Boot and VGA flash and after a few seconds the VGA LED lights up and stays lit. The motherboard doesn't give of any Sounds in the entire process.

All components are new. The monitor works just fine because i use it for my PS4 as well.

My specs are:

MSI x570 gaming Edge WiFi Mobo

Ryzen 7 3700x

Radeon rx 580 8gb

G.Skill Trident z RGB 3600 memory 2x8

Corsair AX860i 80+Plat

Samsung evo 860 250gb & 500gb

WD gold 4tb

I tried restarting the pc, clearing CMOS, switching GPUs and i checked If any cables were unconnected or loose.

VGA hints at something wrong with the GPU. Where is the video output cable connected? Do you have power cables connected to the GPU? Have you tried re-seating the GPU in the slot?

I tried re-seating it several times now, and i tried three different GPUs. The Power cables are connected as well.

But now i have another Problem as well. When i press the power button, the fans start spinning and emidiatly stop spinning. Could this be a faulty PSU?

There's a chance it's possible. That being said, do you have anyone you know who could lend you for ports for testing?

I've asked my friends, but no one has a psu for testing. I guess i have to wait for my next paycheck at the end of the month.
