1060 3gb

Hello i have a geforce 1060 3gb which shows in my system but come up with a windows code 43 and when my pc does not use the intel on board graphics but uses the 1060 it comes on to a black screen and doesnt even show the bios

See if you can go into BIOS and disable onboard video.  Save , then see what happens.

He'll get a black screen and not be able to use the system at all until he resets the CMOS.

First question - full system spec?
Second - is the monitor plugged into the dGPU?

Third - is the driver cleanly installed with DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller a - software package for driver removal)

Fourth - have you made sure the card isn't defective/fake?
