Major microphone problems, please help.

Hey guys I really need help with an audio problem I'm having. So the build I'm using is this. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/nJ4cZR whenever I try to talk on overwatch it goes in and out and if someone else is talking it goes out completely. This is the same with both of the microphones I've tried. I'm not sure if it's the audio drivers, because msi makes you download nahimic or whatever and I think it's all set but it was an issue before, or the front panel io, or the motherboard but I really would like to see if someone could help me please.

I have second-hand experience with an MSI laptop and nehamic audio thing, and removing it made everything work as expected.  With it installed things were sounding very bad.
