Hello folks!

I've upgraded my system early last year, from 4th Gen to 8th Gen Processor, here's my specs to keep everything short :

Processor : Intel Core i7 8700K [with Corsair H100i V2 Cooler]

Motherboard : Asus ROG Strix Z370-E

RAM : G.Skill TridentZ 16GB [8x8] 3200MHz

Graphics Card : Asus ROG Strix GTX1080Ti

My question is : I've been wanting to upgrade my ram to 32GB, and I thought I shall go for another 2 sticks of 3200MHz TridentZ, the same model I bought before, however, I have read some articles here and there saying that it's really hard to get the RAMs to work together if they haven't come in the same pack before. I really don't wanna spend more and throw away my RAMs to get a 4 sticks bundle. Is this really an issue to upgrade later?

Or is it not so true and I'm overthinking about it? I don't wanna waste my money only to find out my RAMs don't work and that I have to send them back and I don't even know if they'll issue a refund so it's bit of a risk.

Please help me out here, thank you!
