Hello Friends,

I am currently going to be building my first PC to replace my old iMac (decided not to dump money into a new one). I've read that it isn't too hard to build a PC. I primarily will use this as a photo and video editing with some gaming. Also I do not really care if it's AMD or Intel.

No peripherals needed to be included in build price. Located in the US.

Thank you for all your advice!

A good PC isn't more than like $1400 so what's your current monitor?

Also what video editing software? I'd highly recommend Vegas to not pay into adobe's subscription. or Resolve is free.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?
