Set bios to optimized defaults now i dont have any screen

I have an unraid server which was using more watts than i liked.

So i wanted to underclock the cpu.

But the ratios didnt do anything.

I read somewhere that you should reset the bios, do i pressed optimized defaults since i didnt have time to actually open the case(its in a harder to reach spot).

An when it rebooted i got no screen.

It used to be on my gpu but that doesnt work and the onboard vga also doesnt work.

Do servers have another way of showing gui?

Specs:

I7-4820k

Asus z9pa-u8

32gb ram

1060 6gb

The server still boots into unraid so i can do linux commands if needed.

Im also a noob with linux so please explain carefully when i need to do that.

I will try to do an actual bios reset tomorrow when i have more time.

Thanks in advance for any help.
