Quick Charge 4+ Chargers!?

It seems like all the new android phones these days are coming with Qualcomm Quick Charge 4+ certification but I can't find any Quick Charge 4+ chargers on the market to buy!?

Does anyone know where I can buy a Quick Charge 4+ charger (in Canada specifically). I've only seen a Xiaomi and Belkin chargers on eBay and Belkin's charger is like $80CAD which is crazy. 

 

Any insight on this would be great. Thanks.

QC 3.0 are everywhere, where QC 4.0 are basically nowhere. What's more ironic is that a lot of phones support QC4.0 but even phone makers only include QC3.0 chargers in the box. Which is weird. I don't understand it either.
