Serena not working!

Hey guys! So, I tried to download and install Serena. I've successfully downloaded and installed it. but, it's not willing to start. It just opens and closes!Not even completely opens. When I click play, my account becomes green and then after a couple of secs, it becomes blue again. What should I do? Please help! I've  used my download limit just to keep a game in library and not play it! :(
