So, my pc has been restarting itself for   a while and i'd like to fix it, but i don't know how, i tried measuring the temperatures and doing a stresstest also i checked the voltages, everything seemed fine and the voltages were in the good range. The pc restarts randomly, no error or something, it just reboots itself.

specs:

power supply silentiumpc vero l2  500w

This sounds exactly like a power supply problem, if a friend can lend you their power supply it would be useful to find out what the issue is

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
