gta v GTA V Help Needed

I have the exited unexpectedly error. See tons of things online about it but none of it works or looks like what i need. It auto logs me in but when it try's to load up the game it breaks.

I've already try starting it with minimum settings and in windowed mode.

I have a Ryzen 5 1600, 1050TI, and 8gb ram so i should have more than enough to at least run the game
