Hello, everyone!

I have a tiny issue that's been bugging me for the past two weeks now. I do some lite video editing here and there and that is why I've been doing this on my laptop that has 16 GB of ram and an i3-5005u processor and it's been going perfect. Other than it's a laptop. It gets just the job done. Two weeks ago I got a desktop for free that has a AMD FX-8350 which has 6 more cores, higher base and boost clocks, more ram + it has a discrete gpu and it was not outperforming my laptop. The timeline scrubbing and playback was even worse. Is it just something in my workflow that I am doing wrong or are the AMD's FX series processors just that badly optimized. P.S. I'm using the newest premiere version and I know that the fx series cpu's are old.
