AIO Radiator Placement

Push is fine.   Then you can see them if they're RGB or cool looking too.

Hi,

 

In the near future I may be purchasing an NZXT Kraken X72 to go with my NZXT H710 in order to cool my i7-9700K. Should I mount the radiator to the front or top of the case? I have never used an AIO before so I'm rather clueless as to the benefits/negatives of either option.

 

Edit: And should the fans be positioned so they are pushing air through the radiator or pulling air in?

Thanks for the response. I have a i7-9700K and an EVGA RTX 2080TI FTW3. What in your opinion is more important to keep the coolest?

GPU cooler.  9700K isn't a hotbox like the 9900K.  Put the radiator on the top as exhaust is my recommendation.

Okay, that was my thought as well. Thanks for the help! One last question: as the radiator is going on top should the fans be under the radiator nearer my components or above the radiator? Should the fans push air up through the radiator and the top of the case or should they pull air through it?
