Pterodactyl panel and dockerfiles

I have no knowledge of docker/how pterodactyl works and for this reason I'm coming here, could someone make this dockerfile compatible with the panel? Thanks ahead of time, if you have any questions just ask I’ll be checking this post every now and again.
