Hi, I just got my fiio e10k in the mail and have it set as the default playback device but there is still no audio coming into my headphones. I got an error message from windows saying that there is not enough USB power to power the device so I tried unplugging all my other USB devices and switching to USB 2.0. Still nothing works, please help.

Hmm . I dont have one personally , have a FiiO X3K and i know that wont work without the software, but since u have that installed im not sure why it wouldnt be picking it up.

Are you connecting it with headphones actually plugged into the e10K ?

Last thing i can think to do is to check ur playback devices, make sure u have 'display disabled devices ' on and see if its there.
