Soo it started when I launched my pc and sometimes 1/3 the GPU fan wouldn't spin. Soo i think this is a software thing since I think it's happening after updating the drivers. The thing is how can I start the pc without my GPU. I have intel hd but how do I install and renew drivers without the card being installed

You don't. You simply don't... And try MSI Afterburner, use Fan Control it has, ramp it up to 100%. If all 3 fans are spinning, then it's a feature, not a faulty tech.

Purify your Windows 10/11, don't give Microsoft anything that you don't want to share.

Many of the high end cards now have semi-passive cooling, meaning the fans won't kick in until the GPU reaches a certain temperature.  My EVGA 980 is the same way, and the silence when not gaming is very nice!  Which card do you have?

I wanted to mentioned same thing about that being a feature, but before that I wanted to make sure what card you are using, what manufacturer and model, because then we can start guessing the right answer, since maybe you simply bought a very old card, or who knows what, or maybe one of the new ones.

New cards, or cards that came out after 2016 or 17, maybe even before that, maybe even since 2012 I think...not really sure, depends from manufacturer I guess. But the thing is, nowadays fans can stop if they are programmed to only work when your card reaches a certain temperature threshold, for example, if your card under load reaches 60 degrees of Celsius, then they will start with low fan speed, and as you go higher in temperature, it will increase the speed appropriately. If you are under certain threshold, then they will stop spinning so that fans wouldn't wear out, and it would stay silent when doing nothing.
